Refund Policy

We understand that cancellation would be only due to some major reason. However, the guests are requested to make the cancellation request with valid reason in written to us. As all the advances and payments for all the services are made in advance, there would be cancellation charge as per below slab:
1. 60% of the total tour cost will be refunded 60 to 31 days prior to arrival
2. 40% of the total tour cost will be refunded from 30 to 15 days prior to arrival
3. 25% of the total tour cost will be refunded from 14 days to 07 days prior to arrival
4. There will be no refund on cancellation from 7 days prior to arrival.
5. Refund on Flight or Train Ticket will be made as per the airlines policy after deducting our service charge
6. Refund may take from 02 to 04 weeks
